Product Details

The crane is a five-axle 220t All Terrain Crane with leading lifting performance. It is industry leader in terms of boom length and operating performance. Five-axle chassis has strong driving power and high mobility. Original closed hydraulic system contributes to improved fine control and smooth movements. Intelligent boom technology and man-machine interactive system make the crane more intelligent and more efficient.

Seven-section boom of 73 m and a jib of 44 m are available. The max. combined length of boom and jib is up to 108.2 m. The crane has the widest working range and the strongest lifting capacity compared to the same class cranes in the industry. It establishes a new height for the industry.

All-axle steering, small turning radius and free changeover of 3WD/4WD are available. 3WD is used to drive on roads, which is economic. 4WD is suitable for off-road travel and jobsite transfer. Max. gradeability is 67%, taking the lead in the industry.

Newly designed single-engine system contributes simple and reliable power-transmission. Using single-engine system to optimize complete machine's layout, maximized crane’s lifting performance and reduce maintenance cost.

Original closed hydraulic system and its control technology contribute to improved fine control and smooth movements. Min. stable lifting speed is 0.8-1 m/min, and min. stable slewing speed is 0.1°/s.

The chassis equipped with dedicated heavy-load mechanism and suspension system has powerful load-bearing capacity, with a maximum counterweight of 74t taken on board while driving for short-distance travel. The axle load monitoring technology is adopted for ensuring safe and reliable jobsite transfer under heavy load.

Many functions, such as automatic planning of working conditions, automatic elevating compensation, and automatic retractable winch are integrated. The car-level XCMG man-machine interactive system first launched in the industry breaks the traditional crane control concept, which will provide comfortable intelligent operation experience for you.
