Imported new generation Cummins direct-injection, six-cylinder, four-stroke, and turbocharged engine is used, which is characterized by powerful operation, low noise, low fuel consumption, and better reliability.

Hydraulic system

Mature and reliable negative-flow control system is used, with double-pump confluence and multi-way valve applied to provide flow distribution to all action cylinders, provide powerful digging capacity and to maximize operation efficiency.

Fuel lihration

New filter is used to improve filtering performance, with coarse filter -semi-fine filter - fine filter model, to ensure fuel quality, thus improving operating reliability of the engine in harsh conditions, making it more suitable for domestic areas.

Alirlilter

Large-capacity air filter is used, featuring long life and easy maintenance, with protective mesh used at intake port such that air quality can be ensured even in dusty environment, to ensure effective operation of the engine.

Wider driving space

New cab with wider space is designed to create a pleasant working environment for operator, with pedal improved to make operations easier and more comfortable. Sturdv, efficient and durable.

Lower traveling pan

Reliable and durable four-wheel, one-belt and tensioner are used, equipped with high-performance traveling motor and reducer, to ensure powerful traveling traction and less ground pressure, such that smooth travelling is possible in harsh environ­ment.

Rall clamp

Three rail clamps are mounted at one side of the track, with deflection of track chain rail reduced when steering; furthermore, lengthened track and nine thrust rollers on one side are installed to improve overall stability, providing full digging capacity; reinforced track shoe is used, effectively improving durability when digging under heavy load.

Bucket

Bucket adopts bucket teeth manufactured using the famous U.S. ESCO's patented technology, to ensure wear resistance and service life improved over two folds.

Convenient Maintenance

Oil filer, pilot filter, fuel filter, oil-water separator, and air filter can be arranged on the ground for direct inspection and replacement, which are accessible for easy maintenance, thus reducing maintenance time and improving work efficiency.

Optional pans

According to the demands of user, other operating devices can be configured, such as: long boom, long bucket rod, long digging bucket, grab hopper, breaker, and hydraulic shear etc.

Q. As the shipping period will take long time, how can you make sure the machine won't be broken?

A: Our machine is film wrapped, to make sure the machine can be delivered to our customer smoothly, we will use the steel wire to fix the machine with the container.

Q. May i know which payment will be accepted by your company?

A: So far 100%T/T before shipment, and 30% deposit paid by T/T, balance paid by L/C are available.

Q. About the after-sale service, how can you solve the problems occurred of your overseas customer in time?

A: The warranty of our machine is normally 12 months, during this period, we will arrange the international express immediately, to make sure the replace parts to be delivered as soon as possible.

Q. After we placing an order, will you arrange the installation of the machine at present?

A: All the machines will be tested well before delivered, so almost of them can be used directly, also our machine are easy to be installed, if you customer needs our assistance, we will be pleased to arrange the installation, but all the cost will be be charged by you.

Q. How can i get the after-service?

A: We will send you the spare parts by free if the problems caused by us.
